I normally do not write reviews, but I was so impressed with the customer service I received that I am making a point to write one! I was on vacation last week and purchased a bracelet that I had a problem with, but It was of NO FAULT OF THE SANCTUARY! It was a design flaw on new merchandise made from an outside artist. I sent them an email and received a reply almost immediately requesting my phone number so they can call me and provide me with a full refund. I received a call the same afternoon a few hours later and they did refund my full purchase price. They stand by their products 100% and the shop is beautiful with many quality products. I will definitely be shopping there again when I return to Marthas Vineyard next year, and I recommend this shop to everyone! I am just overly impressed with the customer service I was given! It is very rare to find these days. Thank you very much!
