Arrived after a 6am Flight from Cork only to be told we couldn't check in until 2pm we were lucky considering everoone else had to wait until 4pm Staff very Lazy didn't even show us where the Apartment was we were Handed a Map and told to Follow It while our Apartment was spotless The Pool was not suitable as we are not Olympic Swimmers and while there was other pools near us we had no Access to Sunloungers as the other people staying in the Apartments at those pool'so had the 1st use of them While there was the Tai Mai Bar and restaurant with Pool even though we were Resident for the week with Tags on our wrists ttyto prove we were staying there they still ask us to pay 6 Euro each for the use of the Sunloungers there we went Half Board Breakfast in the morning Beautiful Evening Meal Totally Unsatisfactory also our Daughters Mobile phone was taken in the Bar in the Hotel Staff not one bit helpful
