9:45 am no one there, door locked. Called and guy said he's out running errands and went return for 45 minutes. Why not do your errands before or after work?? Will never go here again. Waste of time.

He was very rude! I asked him if I can change my address, explaining the method I knew of, and he says "That's a stupid way to do it. That's a dumb way to do it!" Who would say that to a customer?

Dimitri is outstanding and works hard to meet his customers' needs, while providing humor and care. He makes it seamless to perform any mailing transaction, and goes the extra mile to help out creatively with other printing issues not necessarily part of standard business.It is disappointing to read some of the negative reviews. Sadly, it seems both the anonymity and uncensored freedom of posting, creates an opportunity for some people to deep dive into damaging, poisonous and uncensored diatribes. This is disheartening both for the harm it can affect on this gentleman's business, and for the corrosion it ultimately causes to our sense of humanity and regard. Dimitri's Postal Place is a private business. Some people use his business as a post office to drop off their boxes for mailing. Dimitri provides free mailing to his customers, as a courtesy, with the exception of UPS, which he now charges $1 for most box sizes. Dimitri's store is not the Post Office, or a UPS store, or a Fedex store. However, some individuals have the impression his private business is there as a free public service. It is unfortunate that some of those people who have benefitted from Dimitri's kindnesses and generosity, would so abuse him in this google forum. I can only suggest to any readers who are investigating postal services for the Santa Monica area, give Dimitri's Postal Place, a fair chance. There always seems to be room for parking in the back, and items you may need for mailing, readily available, in addition to complete mailing services.Thank you Dimitri for your service, your care and your integrity.Jen L

Horrible horrible place NO service rude and unhelpful!! My box was prepaid FedEx and he would not hold it for pick up! Lazy and should not be in business!!!!!

A terrible, terrible man runs this place. Rude, condescending, angry, abusive. I told him to his face his was being obnxious and he told me to leave the store. A fun shopping experience! Zero stars if they allowed that.

I called and asked if they had usps envelopes and he said no but I can buy his envelopes. I said I have the labels printed and it has to be an envelope by usps. He said that I can’t get things for free and he needs to make a living. You can’t sell USPS things for money that are free and a simple no would have been a good response.
