Good points:- Convenient location- Nice amenities- Nice suites- Nice front lobbybut other than that, this place sucks.1. Management team - They employ a bunch of people to look after the leasing office and the front desk during the day - more people than anywhere else I have stayed for work. Most of them are friendly and professional, but usually not actually helpful in terms of getting things done. Example #1 - I requested a parking pass and they said it would be ready the next day (I needed it in 2 days), and I finally got it after 7 days and after a lot of inquiring. Turned out it was ready before but it was mislabeled and between the staff members they didn't communicate properly so all this time I've been asking all the different people about it, no one knew what was going on and looked at me like I was crazy.Example #2 - They keep misplacing my packages (happened on multiple occasions). One package they 'misplaced' was my surprise Valentine's gift. It was a surprise so I wasn't supposed to know, but because they misplaced it I had to justify that there IS a package for me, somewhere, which felt terrible as a surprise gift recipient. Another time, they didn't sign for my package (one of their services is supposed to be to sign for your packages when you're out), so mailman took it back, took it to some facility, and it got permanently lost. When you come home to this after 16-hour work days, this kind of incompetence really doesn't get funny anymore.2. Stairwell - It's not done. Exposed drywall. Exposed pipes. Dust balls everywhere. Trash everywhere. It's gross. I'd figure anyone living below 5th floor may take the stairs down at least sometimes, and everyone would have to use it in case of fire, and it is not a maintenance room or garbage room, so they really should actually finish the work on it. I am guessing they figured "oh, what we need to market to the masses is done, let's save some $$$ on these unimportant parts" - well, this building is not a giant advertisement with which to lure more tenants; it's a place in which your tenants actually LIVE so invest some money in quality and detail.3. Parking - When you live on the 2nd floor and have to walk up to the 3rd floor and then drive down 1 additional floor to get down, it feels weird.4. Configuration - You will get lost in this building in your first week living here. You can't access certain rooms unless you go up to the 5th floor then go up or down after. Confusing configuration is OK with me because I can read maps. My complaint here is that they don't even have maps. I navigated using the partial maps shown in the fire escape signs. Also hallways looks like college dorms. I guess it's the design and lighting. Just looks cheap. Hallway carpet shows stains.5. Elevators - Really slow. Always breaks.6. The smell - Some of the common areas smell like Subway (which takes up a small space on street level). Right now the hallway of my floor and my suite smells like fresh toxic paint and I don't know why because as far as I know no one repainted my suite. If I could use one word to describe 360 Residences, it would be "sloppy" - for the price the tenants pay to live here, they really could paid more attention to the details of the building and the building management processes.

Feedback:

We haven't lived at 360 Residences but we want to share our experience so that other people will not face the same problem. We've experienced quite bad experiences from the management (even though some staff e.g. Mr. Cramer is really helpful). We actually placed a holding deposit for the incoming lease in August. The problem is that the management or the leasing agent (I'm not sure who is responsible for credit approval) had declined our proof of income so many times because the income is not US-based (even the money unit has been converted into US dollars and I'm sure it exceeds the requirements) until very recently. They seemed to take a very long time to respond and approve so we found another place and paid for the new one to feel relieved that we have a place to live when we arrive in San Jose. During that time, there was no response from the team. We did notify the staff via email that we accepted THEIR REJECTION and WE WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE OUR DEPOSIT BACK. After that, they just replied that the proof of income is approved. They rejected us many, many times before we decided to go to another place. When we'd like to get our money back, they approved. The processing time took too long than they had said. Therefore, it's not our false to look for another option. It's better than waiting for nothing.

Feedback:

Very disappointed in the management system process for emergencies so far. Some miscommunication has led to an unnecessary problem for my family. Hopefully things will improve moving forward.

Feedback:

Beautiful building, amazing views, extremely unsafe complex. Although this building boasts secure access, a security guard and concierge their security features are extremely inadequate. No cameras on the pedestrian elevators, south facing exit to the street or resident floors for that matter. Our apartment as well as our neighbors across hall have been burglarized. Losses total over 100 items and upwards of 6 figures in stolen property. Our apartments were locked. No cameras or security personnel picked up anything. The officer doing the investigation states he is at this building all the time, it is a know soft target for burglaries. Last month it was the penthouse that was broken into. A few years prior our neighbors on the fifth floor lost hundreds in apple products in a similar burglary. The locks on the doors are inadequate, all you need is a tool to wedge between the door and it’s frame and the lock mechanism will pop open. Our hallway neighbors have had their car, storage locker and now their home broken into while residing at 360. Doors are frequently propped open, people follow you into the building. Poorly installed water pipes on the second floor have been leaking for years. This floor is always torn apart with contracted plumbers, dry wall, and painters coming in and out all day. The security and concierge are frequently not at their posts. Packages go missing off your doorstep are are torn open sitting right outside your door. If you value your personal safety or property do not live here. If you are already a resident install your own alarm and camera systems. While residing at 360 I have lost some irreplaceable family heirlooms and now don’t feel comfortable in my own home.

Feedback:

We have been living at the building for almost a year now. We love it. It's so close to everything, especially light rail is only 5 minutes away. We moved from a suburban house. Initially I was concerned about the sounds and lights around us, but we got used to it very quickly. The building itself is well maintained. As with any building there are things that could be improved, but they don't affect me much. E.g. I wish there was a better system for assigning parking spaces, but we can live with it.

Feedback:

Very good modern apartments, expensive though. Has a nice conference room, pool and gym.

We were on the fence about moving to San Jose because of its distance to our workplace. When my wife and I interviewed with Trevar we were immediately sold. The building is beautiful but its staff is just incredible. Trevar helped us find an apartment that was exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to get to know us and worked hard to make sure our move in was smooth. Trevar was transparent about everything and incredibly knowledgeable about San Jose. She was an expert! Thanks to Trevar, we now love living in San Jose and tell all our friends about it. You’re an ace Trevar. Thanks!

We love the 360 Residence building, its amenities and especially it’s staff. We were relocating to the bay area for work and interviewed countless apartments. We were looking for something higher-end with modern facilities and a neighborhood we could fall in love with. Tascha, one of the resident managers / staff members, made us feel immediately at home. Her professionalism was second to none. When you move into an apartment, you’re developing a relationship with the folks who run it. They made us feel like family. Thank you Tascha!

Feedback:

Rare gem ! A building with this quality is unheard of in california. I only lived here for 4 months before I moved back to Texas but for the price and the kind of service and amenities this building has its just mind blowing. I love the staff , they helped me every single time. Stay away from the 1st street side if you are sensitive to noise because I saw hell for two weeks because of the noise from the clubs.

Feedback:

Great place to live for active people who want to be in Downtown San Jose.
