My experience working with Sanzo Specialities was incredible, and I recommend their work to anybody looking to get something engraved. Their website is very useful for navigating their services, and the team at Sanzo Specialties was extremely patient and helpful in answering every question I had for them. My project got done in a very timely manner, and was very high quality. I will definitely be coming back again for future engravings.

Ro went above and beyond all expectations to fulfill a rush order, in a State of Emergency snowstorm, driving 2 hours to the nearest active UPS facility, and ended up saving the day where all other vendors told me it was impossible. I have never experienced such customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with these folks. Their website was very helpful in my initial project planning. Then it became a one-on-one activity, where their rep walked me through some fine details to get the final product design nailed down. I just received the pens I ordered, and they look fantastic! From start to finish, this was a great experience. For custom engraved items, Sanzo is the only place I'll go in the future. Thanks, guys!

Sanzo and the group went out of their way to accommodate our special request for key tags. Different colors, different sizes and our logo. They look great! Definitely a place to do business with for a great price!

I spent 20 minutes doing an order on there web site.When i got to final bill they somehow slipped shipping charges in.The front of their web site it says FREE SHIPPING OVER $99.00.There is no exclusion. They are crooks and cheaters. i canceled my order.Stay away from this site
