Maybe not for a small company? I dropped by The Abbotsford location for a meeting to discuss several services for my new business. The meeting went exceptionally well and left me very excited to work with Jeremy and the people at Sapphire. I had been told that they were busy but would get me a list of services and pricing for everything we had discussed in the meeting by the end of the week. Friday arrived and I decided to touch base and see if I would see anything that day? I was told that I would have everything by the end of the day. After waiting all weekend I decided to call again on the Monday and was told that everything was ready but they did not have my email. 5 minutes later I received a written email with a price for a basic web build and nothing else. Unfortunately nothing we had talked about was provided. I have since reached out via email and phone and have been unable to speak with anyone. Pretty disappointed with the experience.
