Overall Feedback:

I'm a motivational speaker, plus I travel 40 weeks in a year. When my computer breaks, I'm on the mercy of the local computer repair shop. I am extremely particular as to who it is that is fixing my laptop. My laptop is less than a year-old, and I'm getting weary of geeks telling me to replace it or purchase more software.I felt very fortunate that I meet Roel Sarceno of Sarceno Network Consulting. He provided solutions that work perfectly. I customarily use my laptop for presentation. If that fails, Roel shows me how to convert my files, so I can use any computers without installing any software. And If there are no spare computers, I can use my smart phone. What surprise me, is that I already own the equipment and software.SNC truly pushes the technology to its limit. I rely on SNC 100%, and I plan to spend several days longer while traveling at Sacramento so Roel can give my laptop a good tune-up once a year.
