Overall Feedback:

I think the management should be aware of the language that their employees are using in regards to the Promotional/ Sales call that they make to clients/ customers. I personally feel they has no place interacting with the public when they lack the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. For several weeks I have experienced such rude treatment from one of your tellers that I refuse to tolerate it any longer. Inspite of repeatedly requesting them to take me off the list they continue calling a DND number and upon confronting they respond in the most unprofessional way possible. This place is an insult to customer service standards.
