My only remark would be they need a sign at end of driveway to signify their location. When checking in, very nice and polite. When finished unloading, I noticed one of my straps had been ripped almost in half, to a point of useless. When I pointed it out. Was told 'he didn't see it' and walked away. So I went to main office and spoke to a supervisor. After 20 minutes of explaining he then wanted to see how it was in place at time of damage and took pics of where/how it was used. It was then they offered another strap to place it. I was thankful to them but irked that they never offered an apology and promptly walked away. Oh well!!!

Don’t know what drivers are talking about. But I came in and was done in twenty minutes. Also had tools to pull nails up and broom. And the people at receiving was super nice. Will definitely come back. Also two stations 1/2 mile up for truck parking easy access.

Very very slow at loading, sat and watched them unload a dropped trailer while 2 just to get into an empty dock. No one came not went the whole time.

All truck drivers plan on bringing a lunch you.ll b here 4 awhile from knoxville tn. Take i75 south to exit 60 turn left end of ramp go 2.5 miles almost 3 miles down they b on left hand side cross street from a fire dept

The third shift lied and said that they had a lot of trucks in front of me so that they wouldn't have to unload me early. When i got back to the receiving dock at my appointment time there had been one truck that checked in @0730. The worker that was on the dock tried to tell me that his company would report me to my company because i wasn't wearing protective glasses. When that didn't work the foreman looked @ my appointment time and turned me away for no reason @ all. The 3rd shift receiving was very rude and didn't want to do their job.
