I lived here a few months, and it's been pretty great so far. I don't the rent is too bad, but this is the first apartment I've rented. The apartments are clean and bug free. They have pest control come out every month to spray. It also very quiet and the neighbors generally keep to themselves. Barbara, the manager, is very nice and does a great job of responding to anything you need in a timely manner. Overall I couldn't ask for a better experience with my first apartment.
