There are many reasons for this 1 star-1. When I walked in to drop off my bridesmaid dress, the woman said, “Oh what high school do you go to?” And I informed her that I had a college degree and was not going to prom. 2. They had my dress for 3 weeks.3. They never called to tell me my dress was ready like they said they would. 4. When I went to pick it up and tried it on, the straps weren’t taken up enough, but with it being the week of the wedding, I have to deal with it. 5. She initially wanted to charge me $100!!! There was never an estimate given, and she said that was my fault because I never asked how much it would cost. 6. I ended up paying $80. This place is a rip off, and instead of owning up to anything, the woman blamed me for not asking for an estimate. This was a very expensive learning experience for me, and I will never go back to this place.
