I bought a SCUF Presitge. It took over one month to ship and whenever I finally got it, it had stick drift out of the box. The right paddle also broke because it is made of cheap material. I got in touch with customer service and was pointed to their online store to buy more paddles for $9.99. I've learned my lesson. I'll not be buying anything else from this company. They couldn't make things right whenever I asked for them to ship me a new set of paddles. Instead they wanted me to initiate a service repair and send in my controller. Poor quality. Don't waste your time or money. Wait for the newest Elite Controller.

you guys took 18 business days to send my controller to me(which was very upsetting), but when i called customer support, they helped me get my money back for the delivery. so that was helpful.

Infinity 4ps ProJFresh to the swap from a regular PS4 controller. Right now im just relearning the button layout, essentially remapping my brain. I think with a few weeks time ill be back to slaying, but better! Build quality is top noch!

Everything from the website, to customization. ordering and delivery of product was easy, effective and fast! The quality of the controller is incredible, and my teenager couldn't be happier with his birthday present. We will definitely be ordering again in the not-so-distant future. Thank you!

It was a blast even buying the product and interacting with the team, let alone testing out my purchase! Explanation for the ratings: 1. as soon as product arrived, i shared vids/pix of purchase on twitter/FB/IG. 2. I would rate a 10 but still want you all to improve on perfection for lack of a better term lol. Ans also i have very minor compaints but if there's a tech reason behind my complaints, then i understand. The headphone jack hole is sometimes too small for the more bulky headset jacks to fit in. I'd have to use my apple headphones for now since the jack is skinny enough for those but not my gaming headset. Also, the reg. USB charging port on other controllers always mess up so i ended up buying the charger port that charges two controllers thru the bottom part of the controller (the SCUF impact doesnt have that jack, the Infinity4PS does). Besides those two small issues, i find the controller to be perfect! 3. I was supposed to get the controller august 15th but it wasnt even shipped by that date, i contacted @SCUFassist on twitter & they helped me out promptly, refunded my shipping $ & sent me an email when they changed it to 1-day shipping. #GREATSERVICE!

Finally, the Vintage controller links with both the PC and PS4. At first I was discouraged that Scuf advertised this service with their controllers, but fell short after production. Not only has this changed, as the controllers now are compatible with both realms, the order to delivery process is shorter too. The customer need not wait for weeks to rek fellow gamers online. I am very proud of this purchase. You will definitely see me advertising this product to my friends.
