Client Review on Seaboard Sign Co

So I’ve written two bad reviews in my life. This being the second. I’m a local realtor who’s done business with you for years now so it bothers me that I need to write this. I called you this last Monday to order a sign. You were suppose to send a proof Keith but you didn’t. I called again on Wednesday asking if you had it done. You had forgotten and told me you would have it the next day. I didn’t receive the proof again, so called you again on Friday and you said it would be done Monday. That’s a week for a 3 day sign. I call today and there’s no sign. What’s going on? When realtors order signs they most likely have told their clients it will be up on the day you tell them the sign will be done(give or take a day to be fair and reasonable). Incredibly disappointed i need to find a new sign company after two years of business with you.
