As a Search & Acquisition Specialist (brand side in education), I have worked with Search Factory / iProspect on multiple paid and organic campaigns since 2016. From a brand perspective, we required an agency that could not only deliver high-quality, campaigns quickly and with a daily availability whereby if we had a quick change to make, that they were flexible enough in their account management to assist us. However, many agencies can offer this. What set iProspect, and particularly our account management team including primarily Dani and Selina, apart from the others was the level of insight they could offer from a technical and also industry perspective. Our industry is extremely competitive and demands continual optimisation of strategy. Working with iProspect allowed us to continue this progress and knowing that they always had foresight on where we could take our strategy has honestly been the best part of our relationship with them.
