Chogan is such a lier, not getting detention for driver , spent 13 hours to load and unload and not getting a cent for it without no reason....Avoid loads from this broker......

Sounds nice and professional at the beginning of conversation. Once you need their help they are unreachable. We worked with Chris, he said that we would have to pay 25 dollar lumper fee out of pocket. Since he will not call the customer for 25 dollars. When I asked him why would we have to pay it out of pocket he laughed and said this is the way it work.

In the beginning Andy and Megan were very nice and helpful as the load progressed they became unreachable very poor communication for a brokerage, not what we need in todays industry

do Not take loads from this broker. You will never get detention and they will never admit they had any miscommunication problems. No one in their office is on the same page.

This is a company that I’ll never ever do business again. They charge $20.00 for lumper fee express code and on top of that plus $50.00 for nothing, they do not have answer what’s for.
