Overall Feedback:

I initially contracted with Simon for him to review our CRM and email journeys, tasked with rebranding and designing responsive templates and improving messaging. The first campaign under his management achieved open rates of 44% an increase from 36% previously, and increased click-through rates from 2.29% to 4.55%. He has since moved on to advise us on SEO, gaining huge improvements in visibility of our local garages, and is currently helping with our paid search campaigns
