We came to searchwise with an annoying rep mgmt issue due to a nutjob Yelper that was trying for some reason to bring us down. we have loads of aweseome reviews, and had one nutcase that was trying to tarnish our otherwise squeaky clean rep on-line. SearchWise was able to manage the situation, and help us to resolve the issue very quickly. It was extremely helpful to us to put this issue to bed! So yeah, we would recommend them for rep mgmt for sure!
