This property is managers by Seaside Vacations. The staff there are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property location is amazing. The views are great and it’s not overly crowded in this part of Cherry Grove Beach. The room is well laid out and very functional. It is old and outdated and in desperate need of come TLC but that’s how many rental properties are. What is harder to overlook is just how dirty room 504 was - I doubt it was truly cleaned since before the 2019 vacation season started. Walking around the unit left our feet so black and dirty that we needed to wash them each night before climbing into bed. This place has the potential to be a real gem but at a minimum, it needs to be cleaned more frequently.

I'll begin with the bad first. Some of these were expectations not met, some were just plain WTH?1) We went to Publix first thing to purchase our own cleaning supplies. Enough said.2) Trash can itself was filthy.3) Bedspread was stained. It was then placed in the master bedroom closet.4) Loss of internet, even prior to any natural issues.5) We were given keys instead of pass cards to access to room, parking garage, and pool. Thereby forcing us to find out how to get into these places, and out again without walking around the complex.6) Parking garage was not close in proximity to our room location like we are used to on other vacations. We were also not provided the code to get in so luckily, while a long line of cars were behind us and we couldn't back up, a nice gentleman gave us his code to use.7) Parking garage parking spots were extremely tight.8) Loud music at the pool till late - and it wasn't the tenants, but instead the establishment.9) No hand towels provided.10) Fruit flies constantly in our condo - see #1.11) Rusty knives, lights12) Broken lamps13) Refrigerator insulation was pulled away from door making it difficult to close.14) And the top one - NO NOTIFICATION from Seaside or Baywatch about mandatory evacuation. We learned about it haphazardly from TV. 15) Due to Hurricane Dorian we only had one day really here. We then drove to a really nice Hilton Homewood Suites that was wonderful.The good:1) Balcony privacy2) VIEW!!!!!!3) Condo layout/design4) Pools/Lazy Rivers5) Clean Beach6) Proximity to Beach7) Shower size and PRESSURE!This was our first time to Myrtle. Based on this I would probably not return, although heading out of North Myrtle it appeared "regular" Myrtle may have fit our lifestyle better, but definitely not Seaside or Baywatch.

We enjoyed our condo rental. We arrived as late check in everything went smooth. Place was clean even for an older unit. Will definitely rent again. We initially was going with Airbnb but due to the cost we decided to try seaside vacation winner we saved $300 by going with seaside vacation awesome

Location was great. The beach was wide and clean. The rental was perfect for us and tastefully decorated. Seaside staff were very pleasant and professional. We received a text that our room was ready 3 hours earlier then expected.
