We have used Sectorlink for over 16 years. They have the most superb hosting and customer service! They are quick to respond to any inquiries or issues we have with our clients' hosting and websites (includes wordpress, html, etc) with easy to understand instructions, insights, and/or support that we need. Highly recommend using them for your company or for your clients!

It was suggested for us to transfer our websites to Sectorlink a couple of years ago. Our previous webhosting service went down A LOT!!! Since we have switched to Sectorlink there has never been any down time that we have been aware of. I have never really had to use their customer service, maybe a few here and there general questions, and they have always been most helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We finally decided to get SSL certificates on our sites. I had never done this before, installation looked overwhelming from what I read. And their are so many choices out there of who to purchase through. So, I was sure that it would be compatible with the server and our site, after speaking with Greg (at Sectorlink) went with the GeoTrust that they have available, and paid for installation on each site. We are new to getting the security certificates, so this morning noticed through the cloud control panel they were enabled, but the sites were not showing the lock, contacted Sectorlink, spoke with Greg again, he informed me of the redirect (did not even think of that), said they could do it, just open a support ticket. Did that and all was right with the world within a matter of a couple of minutes. Self-taught and still learning webmistress, and they have never made me feel like I am lacking in knowledge. This company is awesome!

Great people to deal with. Excellent prices and Service. We use them for website and email and whenever we have an issue they immediately remediate it. In over the 16 years that we have been with them, we do not recall ever having an outage.

Their new Client Support control panel is really give me an awesome experience which give me ease of use and control. Navigation is very easy, payment procedure is simple and fast. Dashboard is showing everything you need to know about your domains and hosting.I really enjoying my business with sectorlink services and support.

I'm work with this hosting service since many years.But after 15 days nothing goes ... Why? I do not know Whenever I speak to online support I am informed that this is a cpanel issue that will be settled during the weekend. And nothing happens. No improvement ... I'm disappointed.

I've used them for years, and I don't know why. The server has been down so many times, and my email almost never works. Today I finally had the last straw. Upon discovering that I couldn't connect to my website or even the control panel to log in to my website, I contacted Sectorlink support to report the problem. After going back and forth for awhile, their final recommendation was to quit using Safari (which I've always used) and download Firefox instead. Seriously? So I should just hope everyone who wants to access my website uses the "right" browser? Thanks for the "help" Sectorlink. I am taking my business elsewhere.
