I’ve worked with four different FMO’s and none compare to SMS. I still have contracts with a couple of others but after AEP is over I will be switching all my contracts to SMS. All the employees that I’ve dealt with are professional and go out of their way to assist you. The contracting department is incredible. Olivia and Mike are fantastic and always coming up with great ideas to help grow my business. The quoting tool is the very best I’ve seen. I do not live close to the office, wish I did but they never make me feel like I’m all the way over in SC. I highly recommend them. As a new agent I made so many bad choices because you simply don’t know what to look for, wish I had known about the team from SMS from day one. Don’t make the same mistakes I did.
