Feedback:

I have been with Sentext for almost 5 years. The first 4 years I was a Mobile Marketing Consultant, now as a National Sales Manager. Sentext is a great company and growing leaps and bounds! The leadership is Top Notch and I believe that Sentext will be a household name in the mobile marketing/texting business within the next 5 years. We have the best training available for anyone who wants to become a business owner with extremely little overhead. Our texting service is by far the finest in the business and the proof is our customer feedback and constant growth year after year. Thank you to the leadership & all the great people at HQ for building such a great company.

Feedback:

do not sign a contract ,it automatically renews for 6 months...very unethical way to do business, if the product is so great why do this to your customers.

Feedback:

Very obvious they want to make your business better.

Feedback:

amazing services!!

Feedback:

Worst customer service. They only care about getting your money! also even if you try to cancel your account they are telling you that each contract is 3 months terms. thats ridiculous. good luck and hope you guys go out of business asap!

Feedback:

Awful customer service. I have had nearly the identical awful experience with this company as all the others. Please heed everyone's advice. Save yourself the stress and money.

Feedback:

Hi, I keep seeing a couple of job openings as a Sentext Representative in the area where I am from. I constantly run through my mind how this service/software would greatly benefit alot of local businesses down here and the surrounding towns/cities, as local business is what keeps everything running. I'm currently diving deep into learning marketing & sales (both digital and traditional, especially direct response...). Although I would totally understand if they do not but, I still will go ahead and ask this question: Does the Sentext traning and/or community really help sales reps on how to market the software suite? Thank you in advance for reading and replying to this message although it is not a review.Best Regards,Antonio (Southern California)PS: I honestly feel quite positive about this opportunity, I guess I just need certain reassurance in order to stop being on the fence once and for all.

Feedback:

Lack of honesty, integrity, and service. Customer sales representative offered 3 month contract with option to cancel at end of 3 months. Contract turned out to be a 1 year auto renewal contract with 50% cancellation fee. My fault for not reading the contract and instead trusting the salesman. Sales rep was also suppose to come by often to help with text, she came by once. Upon sending what I thought was an email canceling my contract at the end of 3 months I was told it would cost $435 to cancel the contract. The customer service rep on the phone even used the word “manipulate” in referring to how the contract was brought to me. I am paying the cancellation fee just to be done with this company and their dishonest practices. I am writing this in hopes people will look into this company before making any type of decision and not make the mistake I did.

Feedback:

Love the fact that I can actually serve customers and not just sell them a product. Love the fact that company is advancing with new ways to make marketing better for business's. Love the fact that I can travel and still work wherever I want like I will do soon. Love the fact that they are top reps just getting referrals nationally. Sold phones & tv service before and I enjoy this product more because I can actually help a business owner that is serious about making more money.

Feedback:

I am an agent for Sentext and this is my response: Just the fact that ratings are either 5 stars or 1 star makes it obvious that the people who paid attention and used the product correctly gave it 5 stars and those who didn't pay attention and either didn't use it or didn't follow directions gave it 1 star. And It's incredibly easy to use. How can it be spam if It's a permission based service? Customers have to voluntarily subscribe on their phone. The only explanation for one reviewer saying his customers were bombarded with texts is that it was he who spammed his customers until they get fed up and opt out. He was 100% in control in deciding what messages to send and how often. Sentext recommends no more than 5 messages a month. There are several large studies that show the opt out rate for mobile marketing is only 2 to 5%....Look it up on Forbes, USA Today, and Huffington. PS Sort these reviews from the highest to the lowest ratings or vice-versa and you will see the vast majority are either 4 or 5 stars. The bar at the top will show that.
