I had a wonderful stay here with my sister and best friend. I think if you are visiting L.A it is just an experience that you should try, even if for just 1 night. We spent the day mostly at the pool, pleasantly surprised that it was not crowded at all, there was so much space. We went for a swim during the evening as well and enjoyed the under water music whole floating in the pool looking into the starts and palm trees. Unforgettable moment. We had drinks as well in the Polo Lounge, really enjoyed that part as well! Everyone is very attentive and proud to be part of this hotel. I definitely will try and come back again!

We have been staying at Four season and came for breakfast to check Beverly Hills Hotel out and maybe spend couple of days there. Staff is extremely rude!! Like wow! The security was so aggressive and rude when I tried to snap a pick OUTSIDE of the hotel the sign “ the Beverly hills” after we just spend $300 dollars on breakfast and was actually thinking to hangout there for couple of days. Shame oh you Beverly hills hotel!!!

We have lived in different rooms with and without a balcony. Breakfast by the pool is difficult. Nice to hang out by the pool, have lunch. Most expensive club sandwich I every had at $40 plus tax and tip Thats not including drinks pretty expensive .glasses were dirty also service was awsome at 5 stars.

The Hotel was incredible and could not have been more accommodating. I stayed here with my fiancé after just recently becoming engaged and felt that they made every attempt to go above and beyond in service to provide us with a perfect stay.

The valet staff outside is highly unprofessional to say the least.It's ok to be courteous to a ride-share driver,even if you're not making tips off of them .Just because you're in a "special"mood doesn't give you the right to be condescending,disrespectful and prejudice. On a lighter note, if your employer is a muslim,I think you've lost the "right" to act/be a racist bigot. I wish HR is more selective hiring the first faces customers see when they first get to the establishment.
