I am so happy with Cirkuit Commerce and the support I receive. I previously had a shopping cart and support company that was not meeting my needs. They never responded in a timely manner and when the did they said they would look into it and maybe I would get and answer in a week. A customer of mine told me to call Cirkuit Commerce, so I did. I was most skeptical of them telling me how fast they could move my site and get a functional shopping cart working. This skepticism was due to the provider I was using. I took the chance and moved my site. WOW, Cirkuit Commerce did everything they said they would and FAST! I was up in 1 day and my orders increased immediately. Any questions I had were answered immediately and written instructions were provided immediately. The metrics on sales and customer within the cart are astounding. I could go on for pages but suffice to say that you will be most pleased with the shopping cart that Cirkuit Commerce has and just as importantly the support. Simply the best web site and shopping cart provider the Internet has to offer. I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else. Cirkuit Commerce provided me an easy to construct web site to start my ecommerce business and with an easy check out and secure method for my customers to pay for their purchase. Cirkuit Commerce provides us with ways of communication with our customers after the sale. Need to know where your customers are coming from? Need inventory control? At www.trendytree.com we have nothing but praise for the folks at Cirkuit Commerce. Our website has been simple to set up, features are tremendous, updates and new items are added all the time. Our products and images are quickly found by search engines and the traffic to our site has been nothing less than phenomenal. The CMS (Content Management System) allows us to create and update pages which saves time and allows us the flexibility to do as much or as little as we want to the website. Any change requested to be made on the Cirkuit Commerce side is done quickly and at a fair price. So many elements are built into the package pricing....you really don't need much help from their staff.
