Overall Feedback:

I run a small well established home improvement company with 10 staff. Most of our customer base are of the older generation and we get most of our work through recommendation. We advertised only in the Yellow pages and local papers. At first I was sceptical of SEO as I didn't think it would work for for our customer base.SEO works! We have targeted, location specific keywords which means we can reach exactly the right sort of people for our business in exactly the right areas. The short term response was impressive but we are now also getting recommendations from our new customers in the new areas. We have now reduced our Yellow Pages advertising and are concentrating on SEO. The team at SEO desk are very professional and knowledgeable. I have already recommended their services to other local businesses. SEO is the future!
