I am the Head of Marketing at a mid-sized company in the midlands specialising in gift items for all ages and we have made the majority of our sales through the website. Although the website was performing ok before I joined, I knew that search engine optimisation was needed in order to generate more worthwhile traffic to the site. I had experienced SEO in my previous job so I had an idea of what needed to be done. After speaking to many SEO companies at a trade show, we eventually opted for SEO Junkies as their sales guys explained the process very well. Once we signed up with them, they were extremely responsive from the beginning of the project and understood what we wanted to achieve in order to generate revenue. Our Account Manager was very communicative and the overall project, so far, has gone very well bringing some positive early results.
