Friendly and polite staff. Fast response times when help is needed. Really good involvement of local businesses to share their wares with the multiple companies sited here. Well kept offices with clean toilets and showers. Can even do onsite yoga for a small fee. Lovely view of the cathedral. Unfortunately some tenants take liberties in the kitchen areas with the free milk!

The reception and operations staff at the Science Park are really helpful. The office space is functional and the views are great of the cathederal! It's also handy having visitors car parking on site.
