Feedback:

Once the deal was signed the service levels dropped significantly. There was no disclosure that my account would be managed from Ukraine. No telephone calls with staff, all by email. My rankings dropped despite my continued monthly investment. Generic approach, with generic strategies that did not meet my requirements or my expectations. In addition I had signed on the basis that no off page work would be completed where my site and brand would be posted on non relevant listings/directories. i was shocked to find they still did this - My site ended up on cooking websites and website builders and I offer an Insurance service. Beware!
