We've been working with SEO Rocket for around 5 years, and I'm very satisfied. Aside from the night & day difference in results, Tom does an amazing job in being proactive in our account management by monitoring our performance and SEO/SEM trends and best practices, alerting me to & walking me through changes that need to be made to stay current with changing algorithmic requirements, offering suggestions that will improve our site's performance, and helping to overcome any hurdles along the way. This is all done quickly with great response times. I don't think I've ever had to poke, prod, or follow-up more than once to receive an answer to any of my questions (which is nice, as sometimes nailing down time from a vendor can be like herding cats).This willingness to promptly help in all facets, or at least point me in the right direction for things that aren't directly in their wheelhouse is a tremendous help and adds lots of value to their service and our relationship.
