They are on their game to put it simply. I never have to reach out to them to get things done, as they always reach out to me with game plans on what we're doing next in our marketing strategy. Super polite, friendly, professional, and punctual. I deal with Rose and Jerome quite often and they are both great. Andre (their VP) is easy to get along with and provides solutions to make things happen, and I even consider him a friend now. I have only been with them for a few months but so far so good. I changed marketing firms a few times due to them not generating us the leads they promised, ended up going with SEO twist. I look forward to continuing with them.
