I appreciated their transparency of work being done to each of our sites. They excel in using unique targeting strategies which I have not seen before

What would you change about the experience?

Although we all are busy doing our specialties and looking at the monthly reports which they provide timeously, it could be advantageous if they could schedule an official 30min - 1hr quarterly meeting to go over the progress of the campaign as well as to discuss future strategy to align the efforts and to set campaign goals.
