From start to finish, my experience with Nadine with Serbin printing was exceptional! I had called a few local publishing companies before speaking with Nadine and had a good idea of the price that we were to pay for our company's folders. When I spoke with Nadine, she asked if it was acceptable to meet in my office. She was on time and very attentive to every detail we spoke about. I gave her a sample of a folder that a local business uses that were very similar to what we were looking to have made up and boy did she and her company deliver! Not only was she able to beat the competitors prices, she was patient with us during the proofing process as we wanted to ensure perfection for this project, and we received a product that was exactly what we asked for, and she literally delivered them personally. We will definitely be asking Serbin printing to quote all of our projects moving forward because of the professionalism she displayed and the reliability of the final product produced!
