This is a great service. I wanted to get Wi-Fi added to my Directv account and the tech they sent out said it couldn't be done unless I cut down several very old trees so I gave up hope of ever having internet service. I have a friend who works at Service Hubb and we were talking about it and he said they could do it and a week later, they did. He got there early and installed the new dish and buried the cable. Then it only took about 20 minutes to get the receiver set up and ready to go. The tech was pleasant, helpful and professional. The tech was dressed professionally in a way that I could easily tell where he worked and answered all of my questions. He explained how to work the new device and really made sure I understood everything before he left. All in all, it was the easiest experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend using this company.
