BusinessWorld sounded like a good deal because it gave me access to conference rooms. Turns out they rent the conference rooms out to anyone and everyone regardless of BusinessWorld membership. As a result there is NO benefit to this agreement whatsoever.In addition, they make it virtually impossible to get out of your agreement. The autorenew IN ADVANCE without notice. The raise their rates WITHOUT notice. Talk about golden handcuffs... With Regus it's more like having nails driven through your hands and feet.

Not sure the cost of the offices, but it looks like they spent millions of dollars on a shotty paint job, painted over doors, and new windows that need to be cleaned. The place feels cheap.

We've been renting an office here for a few months now, and just love it. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the building itself is beautiful. Our clients definitely prefer the hardwood floor and brick walls to the cheap carpet and drywall of our old office; it adds a touch of class to our business. Best office space we found in the area for the price.The location is great: we are 2 blocks from the light rail and one block from the library. Our bank and the post office are just a brief walk down the street. There are also several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.The only problem is finding good parking, but that's a concern for everyone downtown so I can't fault Regus.
