Overall Feedback:
I've only ever contacted Seven24 ONCE regarding some information about their post production hiring process since I was generally interested in the company. A question that is normally met with integrity and humility in all of my experiences, was instead met with unnecessary aggression and reluctance for absolutely no reason at all... twice.The first rep I spoke with, couldn't answer my question. But instead of connecting me with the right person like most companies do, she rudely and abruptly hung up on me because she was, in her own words... "busy". So I brushed it off and called back. The second representative answers, and sure enough, she was even worse and insanely childish. Not only was her attitude horrific and disgustingly condescending, she also refused to connect me with the right person. She then had the audacity to tell me never to call back again and hung up despite doing nothing wrong. All within a few moments of contact for both representative. Literally.I was nothing but kind, respectful, and straightforward. Yet this was still the result. Which leaves one to wonder how their actual clients/employee's are being treated if this is how they deal with new people.I highly suggest they reconsider who is left commuting with potential employees, clients, and business partners and how they're representing the company, in and outside of the office. This is fine display of poor character/s and everything you don't want in what appears to be a "professional" organization. Steer clear from this company and look else where. Extremely disappointing.
