VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service. I was looking simply for someone to install a car decal, and Bob was the first one to get back to me with a quote, and even offered to save me some money by printing it (on a higher quality vinyl) at his shop. All I had to go by was a fuzzy low pixel printout of the graphic, and his same day proof was damn near an exact replica. After shopping around, I was quoted a lower price for the labor at another place (they made no offer to custom fit the vinyl as Shabob Signs did). I was dismayed that I would have to go with the lower offer since it was more financially feasible for me. But after letting him know as much, he offered to meet the price as a thank you for not just never coming back (which I would never have done after all that he had helped me). He has always gotten back to me the same day. I haven't even gotten the graphic installed, but if the way he runs his business is any indication, I am sure the work will be top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
