Overall Feedback:

We recently worked with Shadowcomm to revamp our website. We are beyond pleased with Ben and his team's impeccable service. They are extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They did everything we asked in a timely matter. They pay close attention to details also they are very patient in training us on how to use the new user-friendly admin system, which allows us to now do all routine updates/maintenance in-house. In addition, their charge is very reasonable - crucial to us considering we are a small business company. Given all that, we highly recommend Shadowcomm for any business/individual that needs a website design or ongoing maintenance services.
