I've been working with Craig at Shake Digital for just coming up for 2 years now. I wasn't new to the world of SEO as I had used other companies in the past - but the results I had been having were a bit see-saw where I'd be on the front page of google for a few months then I'd disappear altogether and then it would take a few months to get back there again then something would change somewhere and I'd have the same problems all over again. I was fed up and went on a bit of a tour to find the best company out there that would listen to me and could understand what it was I wanted to achieve with my business. I spoke to loads of people and got all kinds of different advice (and costs) but when I spoke with Craig at Shake it was like a whole different ballgame. I won't go into the whole story but all I can say is he spent a lot of time with me explaining what needed to happen and how it would all work and what sort of things I could expect. At first I didn't have the budget to do all the things we really needed but I chose to work with Craig and give him all the budget I had rather than waste a penny of it with anyone else. That was the best decision I ever made. Check for yourself. We're top of google for all our search terms and whilst we now get a whole load more enquiries asking us to do stuff we don't want to do - we do also get a whole load that are exactly what we want. As for dealing with Craig - I find him personally to be very professional, very enthusiastic and hard working. He's also extremely likeable and I really enjoy the meetings and catch ups we have. We've given him more and more work as the results have improved and have already agreed to transfer another chunk of our budgets that we're spending elsewhere over to him in the New Year.
