Chris checked our computers after scammers accessed them. I was able to make a same day appointment. He was very understanding about my stress over the situation. I am confident that our computers are free of malicious software now. He also gave advice about faster Wifi and backup tools.

This is the second, maybe the third time, Chris has come to rescue me. This time I presented him with a real puzzle. He wrestled with it over a much longer period than either of us thought likely. He was prompt, very professional and focused, candid, and informative. Unlike some folk from whom we have sought assistance, Chris was right on time.
