I was offered this opportunity 'out of the blue ' to speak on Jesus continual living flesh and blood Presence in our church's- a much neglected topic in Sunday homilies and in catholic circles in general. And this despite it being the one truest treasure of our Catholic faith..I could not be more grateful to Shalom tv people as the response to my heartfelt words has been truly remarkable. As I suspected Catholics are not used to hearing someone talk about God as a real friend .someone they can meet up with in person EVERY day of their lives.Bishop Fulton Sheen said :" What God wants of every person is their love and friendship.."Imagine, poor God running around. ( actually just waiting around ) for his children come see him.St. Agustine said:" To come to him is to believe in him."Ps .I would have given God a five star rating but had to settle for four stars as I was the only one he could find to speak on his behalf.
