We have been working with Sharkmatic for over 6 years. They have been absolutely incredible to work with. Their creativity and experience really has made huge impact on our business. They do all of our marketing, including our website, search engine optimization (SEO), and print. Everything that we have asked for has been done on time and in budget.The biggest impact for us has been in SEO. They have done an outstanding job. We generate at least 2 productive online leads per week. Sharkmatic knows SEO very, very well.

I hired Sharkmatic to build my website. My initial meeting with Howie and his programmer went well. After signing the contract, the quality of service that Sharkmatic provided went downhill very quickly. The programmer regularly missed objective deadlines that he agreed to. I spent many hours writing precise instructions to find that they weren't being implemented with any sense of urgency. I spoke to Howie about how the programmer's work was not meeting our agreed on standards and Howie attempted to blame me for the programmer's incompetence and lack of urgency. I'm tired of excuses and bad rationalizations. DO NOT USE SHARKMATIC. You'll get less than you pay for.

The programmer assigned to build my website was not motivated. Nothing would get done unless I called and emailed him every day. The website looks good now, and the price was reasonable, but the process to get it finished was very frustrating.
