My company works with people from all backgrounds and abilities and when I learned about the ADA website regulations, I took my concerns to Deb and her team at Sharp Tack Media. The knowledge they imparted made me wonder why more people aren't compliant, and I felt confident for them to work on my website and make it ADA compliant. Then, I was absolutely blown away by the communication, which seemed to happen on an almost daily basis while they built it out, all the while I still had a working website. The final product Deb personally walked me through each element of the page and showed me how the features worked and allowed me to have any last minute input. This level of customer satisfaction really hammered down the experience. I would give ten out of ten stars if Google would allow. Sharp Tack Media is my go-to company for my online business support. They have helped me out countless times with security issues and making sure my sites are safe. They have also done design work for me, as well as SEO projects. To top it all off, they are USA-based and you can easily communicate with them.
