I had 3-4mbps for the first year and a half. Then all of a sudden I have .35 to .65mbps. I was told by corporate that the tower is ‘outdated’ and I should be getting 2mbps. Then they tell me I’m getting the maximum they allow and recommend me switch if I want faster. Sure thing.

I really don’t understand how this monopoly of a company gets away with what it does. I live in the country but that doesn’t change the fact that this internet company is so rude and unfair to its users! I pay over 100 dollars for the best package and I still get less than 1 mb per second because they refuse to update any of their outdated gear near my house! They are so greedy that they make us pay big bucks for garbage internet! This company sucks!!! I hate Shelby broadband so much! This company makes me want to commit suicide honestly. They refuse to change any gear that will remotely increase my internet speeds

I do not have Shelby Broadband service so I can not comment on that. However, my not having service is not from lack of trying. For 3-4 months now I have been calling and leaving messages, because I always get a recording, and I have NEVER received a call back! I have sent them emails, in which I receive an automated reply stating they will call me, and I have NEVER received that call back!!! They seem to have horrible customer service, or none at all in my case! I wish I had more options for internet where I live but unfortunately it’s either them or Hughes...

we have service most of the time, but when there is an outage there is no one to answer the phone and fix it. The recording always states there is no outage reported, but there is. They charge my bank account outage or not. I will not recommend this company for the simple fact there is no one responsible to fix problems. I was force to signed up due to NO Spectrum service or connection to my home.

Poor service and when you complain they shut your service off. I would not Recommend Shelby broadband. Internet is so slow in the elk Creek area. When you call no one is there to answer your call you have to leave a message I want to speak with someone and not leave a message to call me back

I'd give 0 stars if I could, cant do anything!! I'm a gamer and this ruins everything for me!! Honestly hope they get bought out or shut down, complete trash!! I get 1Mbps at the very max!! I've never hated a service as much as them, about 6 dealing with their awful service, still no changes!!
