Feedback:

They said they could get a rush job done, and when I showed up to pick it up, they couldn't find it. When I called to see if it was ready yet, they hadn't printed it at all. This was for a memorial service, and a super simple job that should have taken barely any time to complete. I was happy to support a local business but I'll take my business to big box next time.
