Feedback:

I really think Shifrin Hayworth should implement employee or case numbers...some type of respondent protection. When a random (248) number calls only mentioning a company name, I have absolutely no way of verifying validity. When your 'respondents' are providing your employees with information that is the same info used in fraudulent situations (regardless if your client is providing you with these inquiries) there MUST be a safeguard. I was left feeling absolutely paranoid after my 20 minute call-- thinking I just had my identity stolen.
