Career began in commercial television production. Started media consulting company, Shipp Shape. Professional expertise ranges from strategy to media as a buyer, to award winning television production, print and digital advertising as a publisher of two online publications and management as a GM of a four station radio group in Arizona.

Worked with digital and traditional ad agencies in NYC, Chicago, Seattle, Dallas, and Phoenix. Community interaction is a major component. Currently on the advisory board for Ryan's House pediatric hospice.
