Feedback:

I start with 3 Stars for everyone. I add, or subtract stars based on service. 3= "They did their job, met expectations". Shore Break Electric got a 4th start = arrived on time, finished on time, stayed on budge -- PERFECT. Rarely does a contractor do that. Professionalism! I gave a 5th start because: the city inspector stated "Wow, you can really tell this work was done by a professional!".
