This is the most unprofessional realty group in Cleveland Ohio. If I had the option to give them zero stars, I would. This company should not even be in business. They are scamming people of their money and putting other people in property that is unsafe while doing quick fixes on units that will fall apart in a month or two after a lease is already signed. They are the WORST at communication, as they will not return your calls or texts after your lease is signed. They fail to acknowledge any mishaps and issues that the tenant has with the property. I recommend staying very far from leasing or doing any business with this company.

I was a sub contractor for Kathleen at Shoreway and I happened to be looking up info tonight for my company and I came across Shoreway and some of the reviews. I cannot believe some of the negative remarks as this is one of the best companies I have ever done work for. Professional, kind and caring for sure.

If you are looking for an agent and team to facilitate your real estate investing in the Cleveland area, you can not find a better group. Kathleen, Tom and Theresa went above and beyond to find us the right properties. Not only did we get the best advice and communication when purchasing properties but Kathleen went out of her way to make us feel welcome in a new area.

Very unprofessional and horrible communication. Heather isn't consistent and never follows through and does her job. They don't follow up with maintenance orders, the apartments are raggedy! I can't wait until my lease is up!!!!!!!
