John I find your comments regarding Michael not sorting out a billing issue curious. I have been dealing with Shout for the past 5 years and in that time have had numerous conversations with Michael and his team regarding billing, invoicing for Google adwords and other matters pertaining to the work they have done for my various businesses and never once have I not had the courtesy of response. Your post is light on for detail as to what actually has occurred and this leads to the inference we are only seeing your side of the story. Over the years I have found there is always two sides to a story and knowing the Shout Team I am confident their side of what has transpired will be very different to what you have posted.
