Met with a a worker when bringing in video tapes. She was very nice and polite. She explained services and how they would be done and approxiamately how long it would take. Different worker when I picked up videos. She was also very nice and polite. She let me know that each disc number coincided with placement on USB drive. The videos look great considering the age, and the quality of the VHS tapes given to them.If you have VHS you need to convert to disc and USB with a short turn around time for a great price this is the place to go.
