Client Review on Shrapnel Media

I placed my order on April 27th for a May 2nd Basic Training Graduation. On June 24th I had to call & check on my order status, I didn’t have the Flight # ready available & was told they could only check on status with that information. I informed representative I have the order confirmation number & was told they don’t use that....WTH order was over $225. & then put on hold & represented returned & stated they don’t know what happened & my order will be sent out in 2-3 days. I can’t believe they are even in business & allowed on a military installation!!
